The Path to Homeownership
For those interested in becoming a homeowner through Habitat for Humanity of Benton County, there are five key criteria applicants must meet initially:

Must have a need for adequate housing

Must have the ability to pay an affordable monthly mortgage

Must be willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Benton County, Inc.

Must have lived or worked in Benton County for a minimum of one year

Must meet the household income guideline requirements
